This is a Level 1-2 practice. If you have done some yoga in the past and want to get back to a regular weekly practice, this session is for you. The class will challenge you, ground you, and energize you - there will be plenty of options for poses that you may not be comfortable with.
Sundays 9:00 am US Pacific Time
A gentle chair yoga and mobility flow that focuses on slow movements of different joints and muscle groups. The objective of this session is to improve overall physical mobility and balance and mental focus. Whether you are a senior or someone who wants a very slow start to Yoga, this 45 minute session is great as you wind down the day.
